Experience

When life feels overwhelming, ti can be hard to untangle what you’re thinking or feeling, let along where to begin. Therapy itself can feel intimidating, especially when you’re unsure how to put your experiences into words or feel like you need to have everything figured out before starting. I offer a space where there’s no pressure to say the “right” thing. My goal is simply to meet you where you are.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Registered Psychologist (Supervised Practice) with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). I come from a multicultural household. If you’ve lived this experience, you know how the word “normal” can mean one thing inside your home and something entirely different outside your door.

I’ve seen how life’s challenges can quietly build over time: Moving countries, navigating new systems, managing loss, or coping with uncertainty. It can begin to feel like carrying too much at once, like a drawer packed too full where the important pieces are hard to find.

When words feel heavy or unclear, I aim to create a space where you can explore your experiences in a way that feels true to you, not defined by expectations or labels, but grounded in what feels meaningful and aligned. Together, we can work toward understanding your version of “normal” and building a life that reflects your values, needs, and sense of well-being.
