Registered Psychotherapist
Lisa Mollica
Do you ever feel like life shouldn’t be this hard? You’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to stay that way. The brain can become overwhelmed by stress, conflict, and trauma, much like a drawer that’s been packed too full. Important memories get buried, coping skills become harder to reach, and everything feels disorganized. Therapy offers a space to gently sort through what’s there, make sense of the past, reclaim what’s useful, and let go of what no longer serves you.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience as a Registered Psychotherapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through deep and lasting change. My approach focuses on relieving your current distress while also exploring the roots of your experiences, creating space for long-term healing and growth. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll feel heard, grounded, confident, and more at peace.
Having been diagnosed with anxiety in childhood, I understand firsthand how overwhelming mental health challenges can feel—and how discouraging the treatment process can sometimes be. As a wife and a working mother of two, I also appreciate the added pressures that come with balancing personal well-being and family life. I would be honoured to support you and your family. Please reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
