Each session is 60min. Prices are exclusive of HST.
Greta is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In addition, she has achieved Certification in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method, a renowned and research-based approach to working with couples, marriages, and relationships, from The Gottman Institute. Greta provides individual counselling therapy, as well as couples/marriage counselling and relationship counselling therapy. As a Qualifying member of the CRPO, Greta is fully registered and also engages in ongoing clinical supervision hours with a Registered Psychotherapist.
Greta’s approach to therapy is based on the belief that connection, human relationships and personal autonomy are essential to our mental wellness. As social beings, we strive to be understood and feel a sense of belonging, which can be a challenging journey. As a psychotherapist, Greta used a collaborative and warm approach to guide her clients in achieving greater emotional intelligence, creating better relationships, and reaching their full potential in life. She approaches all of her clients with genuineness, empathy, and compassion, and believes every individual deserves to be heard without fear of judgment. During your sessions with Greta, unlocking greater self-awareness to better understand yourself, your values, your goals, and your behaviour, will be just some of the key areas of focus.
