Hello! As your dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist, my primary goal is to support you in coping with and moving beyond your struggles. In my counselling practice, I believe in working together to achieve healthier and happier days. By helping you explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, I will empower you to take control of your well-being and pave the way for a more positive future.

With over 6 years of experience in working with clients of all ages and on diverse issues, my aim is to guide you through managing and overcoming challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationship/marriage issues, and body image concerns, as well as navigating workplace stress, or school/academic stress.

I have my Masters of Arts degree in Psychology, and am also currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a professional certification in Child and Youth Mental Health. I am a fully registered member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and committed to continuous growth and professional development as a therapist in order to best support my clients.

I understand that reaching out to a counsellor is a significant step, and expressing your difficulties can be challenging. Therefore, my approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space for you, enabling us to collaboratively work towards your treatment goals.

Through our work together, you will gain a deeper understanding of how stress, anxiety, and other issues impact your well-being.
