Abdullah is a student at the University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto, pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology, a Diploma in General Arts & Science, and a specialization certificate in Research Skills and Analysis. With dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm, he believes that anything is possible. His key philosophical belief is best summarized by Leon Battista Alberti – “a man can do all things if he will.”

In the academic sphere, Abdullah strives to achieve excellence. He has received awards for his research on mRNA vaccines, and his analysis on the gamification features of Snapchat. Abdullah has also received the University of Guelph-Humber’s renewable scholarship in his three years of study. In the future, he hopes to become an expert in evolutionary psychology, specifically researching topics such as attraction and aggression.

From a young age, Abdullah has been an avid community volunteer and helper, from The Salvation Army food bank and a reading program for high school students with autism, to helping his elderly neighbours learn to use their phones and computers. He strongly believes that contributing to the community is an essential part of life that helps spread happiness.

Abdullah enjoys writing, theatre, and playing soccer and cricket.

As part of the NKS Therapy team, Abdullah is eager to broaden his understanding of counselling therapy, and make a positive impact on the mental health community.
